Managing Prepaid Expenses Schedule Definitions

The prepaid expenses schedule definition list page displays a list of prepaid expenses schedule definitions in your current view. From this page, you can view detailed information and access other related information.

  1. Click a name to view the prepaid expenses schedule definitions detail.
  2. Click Edit to edit the prepaid expenses schedule definition.
  3. Click Save or click Save & New to save the current record and then create another.
  4. Choose a predefined view from the drop-down list to select the records to display. Alternatively, you can select Create New View to define your own list view.
  5. Click New to create a new record.
  6. Select any column heading to sort the records using that column's data.

Deleting Prepaid Expenses Schedule Definitions

To delete a prepaid expenses schedule definition:

  1. Locate the prepaid expenses schedule definition you want to delete on the home or list pages.
  2. Click Name to display its detail page.
  3. Click Delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Click Delete to confirm the deletion.
